Ciara Beaugé is a practicing nutritional therapist, specialising in areas of mental health, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders and post natal depression. Ciara’s unique blend of nutrition and psychology training means that she provides her clients with an integrative mind-body approach to health. She also lectures at the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health and supervises students in their clinical practice.
