Caroline Meade is the founder of an online subscription platform helping women globally focus on their self-care in just 5 minutes a day. She has been a Holistic Practitioner, Life Coach and Guided Meditation teacher since 2008 and her passion is helping women to care for themselves more and to live in alignment with what they truly want for themselves.

Caroline believes that true self-care starts with your emotional foundation. How you really feel about yourself. How you treat yourself. How you speak to yourself and whether you prioritise your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
